Looking at the other reviews, I was very hesitant to order from here but went through with it. The food has always been tasty and I haven’t had any issues with the women working at the front counter. I don’t think most people understand there’s a language barrier and mannerisms will differ from what the regular customer service they may be used to. Overall, I’ve ordered from here numerous times and never had issues with the food or service. Atmosphere? It’s an Asian takeout spot. You’re not there to sit down and eat lol. That said, it was clean and your basic run-of-the-mill setup you see at most Asian takeout spots.
This place catches a lot of negative reviews because of the lady up front but I think she's hilarious and I wish more hosts/owners treated nagging customers the same way. Food is great, would have given 4 stars but the lady up front makes it a 5 star experience :)
The food here is amazing. Best general tsos around by far. I've tried other dishes with similar results but the general tsos is top notch. Also, they have japanese white sauce and it's better than i can even make myself. I don't know how this place is less than 5 stars. Oh wait, that's what happens when you let a bunch of yuppies post reviews. Service is excellent!
Saw the negative reviews and still gave them a chance. Look, it’s American Chinese food. It ain’t halls chophouse. For what it is, this place was freaking awesome. Food was hot and plentiful and 100% correct. Crab Rangoon was loaded. I left a 10 tip on 42. I asked to make a separate purchase for drinks after the order. She gave me 3 drinks for FREE. I even commented that I’d pay for them it’s no problem, but lady at the front demanded I take them free. I’ve ordered from them years ago and food was...meh. This time it was BOMB. They’ll get my business again.
I have been looking for a good Chinese place for YEARS!!! I hace finally found a place that the is excellent. Since discovering this gem I been trying it close to once a week and I have had about 5 or 6 different things and they have all been good. It took me a year after moving near by to try it because of the bad reviews and I completely regret not trying it out sooner. I don’t understand the reviews of bad customer service either. Every single time I go the cashier treats me great and greats me with a “AMIGA”. She speaks a tiny bit of Spanish and likes to practice it. She is very kind and pleasant every time I have gone in for my pick up
We tend to come here for takeout when we're craving Chinese. I've never gotten anything that didn't taste good. I really like their honey chicken combo and their chow mei fun.
Food was amazing. Honestly such an underrated place. I think people don’t understand that Asian people are pretty straightforward. (So if you can’t stand that you may take it as disrespectful) but I never experienced disrespect.
